How to Build an Aspirator
Our famous Ph.D candidate describes in great detail how to build your own Aspirator.
An aspirator is a device used for collecting small specimens. This aspirator is made out of common lab supplies and is easy to make.
You will need:
ΒΌ inch Tygon Hose (at least 30cm long)
5ml Pipette Tip
Fine mesh (No Thrips Insect Screening works very well)
2ml Centrifuge Tubes
Pipette tips (any size around 1ml)
Hot Glue Gun
Razor Blade
Scissors
